Guide step by step to apply for Learner License online
Create Your Account:
Here I will guide you on how to create a DLIMS Account for a Learner License with images for easy to understanding step by step, follow these steps:
1 – Go to https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/login website.
2 – Create a new account and register yourself by giving your name, CNIC, and other details. Create a strong password and remember it well.
3 – After registering you will see the above right button of the “License” button, click on it and “Apply” for New Learner.
4 – “Citizen Profile” give your personal details one by one like CNIC, Name, Father/ Husband name, DOB, etc.
5 – “License Category” Select the category you want to apply. You can add more categories. Amount of each category is Rs 60.
6 – “Upload Documents”. Here you upload your profile picture. Make sure it’s according to your requirements.
7 – You can upload or capture your picture.
8 – Upload your CNIC front picture and back picture and submit.
9 – You will receive PSID on Application Data. To avoid delays, kindly make payment now using the PSID reference code.
You have the option to renew your permit at various locations, Through DLIMS portal and including E-Khidmat centers situated across Punjab, Police Khidmat Centers (PKM) within Punjab, and police stations throughout the province of Punjab.

I tried several time to apply on line for the learning licence of my spouse, however after uploading the profile and documents after submission the page expired window appears.
I have motorcycle e-driving license . I want to get online car learner driving license. Website is not showing option to get me online car learner driving license as I have regular motorcycle license.
